Secure the transfer paper with heat-resistant tape
Tape only the paper edges and avoid covering the printed image area
Remove the paper vertically and quickly after pressing—do not slide it
Keep protective paper and heat press pads clean and free from residue
Color inconsistency is a common challenge in dye-sublimation printing, mainly due to the difference between RGB color display on screens and CMYK output from printers. Proper color management is essential for achieving accurate and repeatable results.
Correction steps:
Install the appropriate ICC color profile for the Fedar sublimation printer, ink, and paper combination
