Each time a power-on or power-off operation is performed, the dye-sublimation printing system automatically runs critical initialization procedures. These include printhead positioning and calibration, system reset, paper tray status detection, front cover safety confirmation, ink supply system initialization, and automatic printhead cleaning. During startup, the dye-sublimation printer ensures smooth dye-sublimation transfer by calibrating the printhead and adjusting the media delivery system. During the hardware detection phase, enter the CMOS settings interface and set the parallel port mode to the ECP protocol in the integrated peripherals options.   1. Remove the dust cover and ensure the printhead protection device is removed.

  2. Follow the power sequence of turning on the computer first, then the printer.

  3. Turn on the power switch, platform tracking switch, paper feed motor switch, cooling system, and heating unit in sequence.

  4. Initialize the print control system and set the sublimation output parameters.

  5. Execute the automatic printhead cleaning program and verify the printhead status using a detection strip.

  6. Start the sublimation printing job after preparation.


Standard Shutdown Procedure:

 
  1. Save the current equipment parameters in the print control system.

  2. Turn off the heating system, dust removal device, drying unit, and paper feed mechanism in sequence.

  3. Perform the emergency stop switch reset (three cycles).

  4. Finally, turn off the power to the equipment and the computer system.


Key Operating Precautions:

 
  1. Ensure the printhead assembly is detached from the insulating base and that the work platform is free of tools or debris.

  2. Confirm that all function keys on the control panel are working properly and that the sublimation printing system is completely shut down.

  3. Check the sublimation ink level and clean the waste ink recovery device.

  4. Ensure the ambient temperature and humidity meet the requirements of the sublimation printing equipment.

         5. Strictly follow the order of turning on the computer first, then the printer during startup.
