Methods to Prevent Sublimation Printing Pattern Migration

Controlling the Heat Transfer Temperature


Precisely controlling the heat transfer temperature is essential in the sublimation printing process. When the temperature exceeds 150°C (300°F), dye migration is likely to occur. To avoid this issue, it is recommended to set the heat press temperature below 150°C (300°F). Strict temperature control significantly reduces the risk of migration and ensures high-quality digital printing results. Using Dark Fabrics as Base Fabric
